All of our products are located and shipped from within Australia, with warehouses usually based in either Victoria or New South Wales, depending on stock levels and demand.

Our hard-working team processes all orders within 24 hours of purchase. This can extend to 48 hours during holiday seasons and public holidays.

You can typically expect your order within 4–14 business days of placing your order, excluding any courier delays.

If you're nearing the end of the delivery window, we apologise for any inconvenience. This doesn’t happen often but can occur during busy periods, with most delays being out of our control and within the control of postal services. If you have any questions, please contact us via our Contact Us page, and rest assured your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

We also offer fast and free delivery Australia-wide on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirements unless specified.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to monitor your order's progress.

Please note, while our products are stored and shipped from Australia, they are not made in Australia. Most of our products are made in China to ensure we can offer you lower prices.
